Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Not a good griddle

Papa Jon 12/6/2025

I have had my cooktop stove for four years now. Replaced the original griddle after two years. And now I am ready to replace the second griddle again. These do not hold up and the black coating wears off, fades, and flakes. Even when being mindful on only using medium heat and a scratch free sponge, they still do not hold up. I wish there was a cast-iron or carbon steel option. This cast aluminum with coating is a very cheap and ineffective product.

Product came scratched. Trying to return or replace and it tells me not eligible for returns despite the listing saying it has a 30-day return policy.

Terrible product, peels in 2 uses

mils 9/11/2025

Do not buy this. In just 2 uses like the other reviewer, the coating starts peeling off. Getting any kind of warranty or support from Whirlpool is just impossible, service will transfer you to another group, and they in turn will transfer you back to service and this is an endless loop. I am a big Whirlpool appliance buyer and first time need to talk wtih someone in warranty and they just don't know how to handle. Plus a very bad product.

Don't buy this

After only two uses and cleaning with a soft sponge ONLY, the non stick coating is coming off.
